NASCO Development Services makes available a number of resources for the development of housing cooperatives. NASCO's experience with housing cooperatives gives it the skills necessary to design and implement the best cooperative structure for the long term needs of all parties concerned. We serve in all aspects of the development process necessary and will assist in the design of all systems for a new cooperative, as well as coordinate the start-up months of a new cooperative and assist with long term operations.

Long-Term Assistance

Development contracts specify a period of membership in NASCO, as well as a supporting dues commitment for future co-op development. NASCO provides on-going resources to all its members in organizational development and technical assistance.
