NASCO Development Services (NDS) is here to help you. As a not-for-profit and member of the NASCO family, it is governed by a Board of staff from NASCO member co-operatives investing their member dues in the organization, as well as other valuable stakeholders in the NASCO co-operative community.

NDS can provide a wide range of services from explaining what a co-operative house is on paper and in practice to executing major renovation projects through third party loan agreements. Lots of current NASCO members live in co-operative houses that have benefited from NDS’s work!
