Arrowtown Housing was started in June 2007 as an urban housing cooperative with a mission of providing affordable, sustainable housing in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota.

As of this writing, we are a two household, lease-holding, group-equity cooperative, working closely with NASCO Development Services to secure a permanent home that we hope to open in the Fall of 2009.  Arrowtown's members are graduate students, non-profit workers and creatives.
