CHUVA houses are characterized by social diversity, environmental consciousness, and democratic decision making. Some living habits include composting, recycling, shared food, as well as house meals and meetings. We also enjoy having social events like open house dinners, dance parties, and game nights. We currently manage four houses in the vicinity of UVA, although not all of our residents are affiliated with the University.
