Parent institution: MSU Student Housing Cooperative, Inc.

The Bulmer Community Cooperative was established in 2005 by the members of the MSU Student Housing Cooperative to provide quality housing and a warm community experience for non-students, law students, and community college students in Lansing's downtown capitol neighborhood. Today it operates independently of the student housing co-ops. With Eight bedrooms, two kitchens, tile floors and walk-in closets, it provides the very nicest affordable housing in the area.
