Waterloo Co-operative Residence Inc. was established in 1963 to provide affordable student housing to students in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Currently it is the largest student housing Co-operative in Canada, providing affordable housing to over 600 students.

The Co-op is composed of both dormitory and apartment style accomodations.
