Scholarship Funds: How to Apply

Listed below are several resources available to assist those attending this year's NASCO Institute. Each fund has its own eligibility criteria and application process, so please read carefully.

Local Resources

Many NASCO member co-ops offer their own scholarships and arrange travel for their members to attend Institute. Contact your co-op office to inquire about these scholarships.

Annual General Meeting Representatives

Each active member co-op sends one person to the AGM to represent the group. This member receives a discounted registration rate, and may also apply for a scholarship for further reductions. Contact Mingwei at mingwei[at]nasco.coop if you are unsure if you belong to a cooperative is an active member, or to learn more about NASCO membership, click here .

Low Income Scholarship Fund

Scholarships funded by donations from private individuals and charitable organizations are offered to members whose co-ops have limited resources. NASCO will also help subsidize the travel costs of students who must travel great distances to attend Institute.
