Inter-Cooperative Council Co-op tour
Join us as we tour Ann Arbors housing co-ops. Hear (and see) the dirt of the ICC's wonderful houses. Participants will be treated by viewing a section of the ICC and learning a history of co-op failures and success of Ann Arbor History.

2:30 - 5:30 pm

Tour of Sunward and Great Oak Co-housing Communities
Michael McIntyre will introduce the cohousing model of community through tour of two Ann Arbor communities, Sunward, and Great Oak, discussing the cohousing model of community and the state of cohousing in the US.

Note: The Detroit Tour will not be taking place this year.  We're hoping that you'll instead consider attending the full-day Cooperative Leadership Track!
