Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Marketing and underwriting CFNE loans
• Visiting potential and existing borrowers
• Providing technical assistance or identifying technical assistance needs.

Qualifications include:

• 3 to 5 years experience in lending, community economic development, or cooperative and small business management
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Self direction and able to work independently
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, computer skills including proficient use of email.

Loan Outreach Officer will report to CFNE's Executive Director,

Compensation

Monthly stipend for two to three days a week.
