The National Cooperative Grocers Association is accepting applicants for the full-time position of Western Corridor Assistant Development Director. This position will report to the Western Corridor Development Director, and will be located in either the St. Paul, MN office or the Iowa City, IA office. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement of retail food co-ops by providing advice, best practices, and helping to problem-solve. Organizing in-store audits and helping with development opportunities and resources for all NCGA co-ops is a major focus area for this position. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel are a must. The candidate must possess exceptional computer and analytical skills, including experience with Excel. Large store experience desired.
