Equal Exchange is a fair trade organization and gourmet coffee roaster based in West Bridgewater, MA. Founded in 1986, our mission is to create more fair trade relationships between farmers and consumers. We bypass the conventional marketing system by cutting out middlemen and buying directly from farmer cooperatives.

This is a temporary position for the season from September - December.

FUND Consulting is looking for an individual with experience or interest in the CDFI industry to join our team as an Associate Consultant in our Chicago office. This position is an entry-level career track one which we anticipate will transition to the Consultant position in the course of one year. The Associate Consultant will support other team members as well as conduct individual projects. The Associate Consultant will have the opportunity to work with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) as well as advocacy and direct service nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S.
