FEES
- $495 includes 3 nights lodging, attendance at the National Co-op Summit, the National Co-op Hall of Fame induction banquet, the National Co-op Bank annual meeting, most meals, and a co-op tour.
- Participants may choose to opt out of the hotel for a reduced rate of $315.
- To reserve a spot, a deposit of $100 must be mailed to the address below no later than March 18, 2010. It will be refunded if the applicant is not selected to participate.
