Dues rate
Under 500,000 dollars gross revenue – $150 USD/CAD per year.
500,000 to 1 million gross revenue – $250 USD/CAD per year.
1 to 5 million gross revenue – $500 USD/CAD per year.
Over 5 million gross revenue – $1000 USD/$1250 CAD per year.
