Board Roles and Responsibilities is part of the Fall Orientation webinar series hosted by NASCO. New and seasoned co-opers alike will learn about how cooperatives work and how to be an engaged co-op member in these workshops.
In this webinar, we'll define what a board of directors is, discuss the purpose of a board, and detail the specific responsibilities of board members in their organizations. We'll follow up the webinar with a 1-hour clinic to help you address the specifics at your co-op.
