Fill out the form below to register for NASCO Institute 2022, including the month-long virtual Institute throughout October and the optional in-person Member Retreat November 4th-6th.

 

Payment:

Check out the "Registration Rates" section of the Logistics page for more details on the registration categories, and select the appropriate rate on the form below.

We prefer that you pay online at the time of registration. If you select "Pay Later by Invoice," we will send you an invoice to pay your balance online by ACH bank transfer. If making an online payment is not an option for your co-op, please notify Evelyn Smith, Director of Operations, at evelyn@nasco.coop as soon as possible.

 

Group registrations:

You may register up to 10 participants at a time using this form.* You may submit the form multiple times for groups of more than 10 participants. For more information about how to register and pay for a group of people, follow these instructions

*However, note that additional participant caps apply for the in-person Member Retreat—see the Logistics page for more information.

 

Deadlines:

Register by September 30th for access to the full month of virtual Institute programming and to be considered for NASCO-provided housing at the Active Member Retreat (if applicable). No registrations for the in-person member retreat will be accepted after October 14.

Cancellations made on or before September 30th are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made in October are eligible for a refund minus a $50 USD / $50 CAD cancellation fee.

Housing Logistical Information
     
Free housing may be on couches and floors at local co-ops. NASCO will provide free housing for AGM representatives, and a limited amount of free housing may be available to other participants. If you select yes and are not an AGM representative, you will be placed on a waitlist, and we will reach out in early October to let you know if we have a spot available for you. If you don't receive a free housing spot, you may apply for housing support through our Low Income Scholarship Fund.
