HOST HOTEL
The 56th Annual NAHC Conference will be held at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. The hotel is located on the Las Vegas Strip.
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $88.00 a night single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes for a Deluxe Run of the House room from Sunday to Thursday night and $136.00 a night single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes for a Deluxe Run of the House room on Friday and Saturday night until Monday, October 3, 2016. If you would like to guarantee a room with a king or two queen beds when booking your room reservation there is an additional $10.00 per room night charge. There is also a $20.00/night plus tax resort fee added to the room rate. In order to receive this special rate,you must mention the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC) when making your reservation.
