Welcome to the NASCO 2021-22 Annual Member Survey. The purpose of this survey is to identify opportunities for adaptation and improvement within the cooperative movement. We are collecting responses from folks who are currently members of NASCO member co-ops. Obtaining feedback from members is vital to our work. Please share your voice.

The survey should take about 5-7 minutes of your time. Responses are due by March 15, 2022.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be identified by individual. Overall survey findings may be shared in public reports and articles in order to contribute to research on co-ops and advocacy efforts. In order to preserve confidentiality, we will present findings on the group level only. We may publicly share overall findings on all NASCO members or disaggregate findings by co-op. We will not share your individual survey responses with anyone.
