The New Economy Coalition invites you to our fourth international conference: CommonBound 2016 in Buffalo, NY, July 8-10, 2016.
CommonBound will bring together a powerful cross-section of the New Economy movement to share practices and stories; highlight achievements; and create new and stronger relationships that can propel this work forward.
We anticipate that CommonBound will be our biggest and most significant conference to date—and we hope you'll be there to experience it with us.
CommonBound will feature New Economy leaders from all over the world, including representatives from NEC's 132 member organizations, and we couldn’t be happier about having the City of Buffalo as our host. In addition to being a beautiful place to be in July, Buffalo is an important piece of the New Economy story. It’s a place that has seen both the harsh realities of our failed economic paradigm and the power of visionary organizing and institution-building led by groups like PUSH Buffalo.
We’re committed to working closely with local groups to make sure CommonBound both both serves the needs of local organizers and gives visitors a real sense of the place they’re in.
Registration will open this winter and we want you to be there. This July, join us in Buffalo as we continue to build this movement—together.
