The ICC is a student owned and operated housing cooperative of which both residents and permanent, full-time staff are members. All employees work closely with a student Board of Directors. The Housing Coordinator is a part-time position working up to 29 hours per week to help lead housing operations.
The Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Housing Services (DHS) in all Housing Department Operations. The primary responsibility of the HC will be contract signing for the future fall/winter contract period and all associated signing procedures. The Coordinator is the first service provider of contract signing information for current members, prospective members, and the general public

First contact for members, prospective members, and the general public
Contract for spaces in ICC houses
Maintain excellent filing systems
Handle other housing department operations
Work with and supervise member assistance
Assist Director of Housing Services as needed
Estimated hours worked: 29 hours/week (actual hours to be determined). Pay rate is $15.00/hour (raises possible based on performance and duration position). The ICC offers opportunities to enroll in a flex spending account and/or supplemental insurance (Aflac).
