The Managing Director will be responsible for securing resources for the organization and managing its internal affairs. Specific responsibilities within the role include: grant writing and management, donor development, mentorship and mutual accountability with USFWC staff, and developing a systems approach that helps maximize the skills and expertise of each staff member to advance organizational goals and programs. The Managing Director will report to the Executive Director, Esteban Kelley, and will participate in regular strategy meetings in the staff leadership team. The essential function of this position is to secure organizational revenue goals while encouraging balanced workloads and team morale.
