We are accepting applications for our Cooperative Internship Network with cooperative and allied organizations across the United States and Canada. This program will connect talented, up-and-coming cooperators with 20 established organizations, supporting the exchange of cooperative and new economy knowledge while building careers for young cooperators.

Riverton Community Housing will develop a 95-unit housing cooperative in Minneapolis

“It’s a really cool way for students to not only save money on housing, but have a direct say in how things are run,” said Joe Goetzke, leasing/marketing and member services manager at Riverton Community Housing. Read on.
 

Montana’s first housing cooperative in Hamilton

When complete, the Riverside Crossing Active Adult Cooperative will include 51 cottages carefully arranged in “pocket neighborhoods” that include shared green spaces, circular walkways and a common house where residents can entertain family and friends. Full story.
