The Manager of Member Services is responsible for enhancing and expanding Riverton’s governance support to its member cooperatives by identifying and addressing educational needs that enable members to conduct the business of the cooperative effectively, strengthen their leadership and problem-solving skills, and meet the objectives of building a sense of community within the cooperative.

Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive (CoFED)
CoFED's Racial Justice Fellowship is a 6-month opportunity for young cooperators of color working to close the racial wealth gap by advancing community ownership of land and the food system. CoFED also offers a Summer Co-op Academy – a week-long education intensive designed with love for Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian and Pacific Islander youth who are working in co-ops and collectives to grow community health and wealth through food and land.
 
CooperationWorks!
Building Blocks provides a thorough but introductory overview into the field of cooperative development. This session lays out the basics of the cooperative model, including governance, feasibility, business basics, and memberships. Active Members of NASCO are eligible for a discounted registration worth $200 each. Email us if you are interested!
