Choose Your Delegate for the NASCO Annual General Meeting

NASCO member co-ops, share your input! Your co-op may choose a member to be your representative at the NASCO Annual General Meeting (AGM) in November during NASCO Institute. The AGM is a chance for NASCO member cooperatives to learn about NASCO’s activities, share information, and make decisions about the governance and direction of NASCO. AGM delegates will receive a reduction in their NASCO Institute registration fees (1 per co-op) and will vote on behalf of their co-op. This year’s AGM will be free and open to attend for any member of an Active Member Co-op.

New Co-op Development Resource

NASCO has put together a repository of co-op incorporation statutes by state/province and provided examples from NASCO member co-ops.

This is meant as an introductory resource and not legal advice. Statutes constantly change, and your circumstances may vary, so please speak to a local attorney to get up-to-date advice on incorporation, and please reach out to NASCO if you or they find any inaccuracies in our map.
