Capital for Cooperatives Act
The Capital for Cooperatives Act, introduced in the House of Representatives by Congressman Joe Neguse (D-CO), is a piece of legislation that would require the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to change their existing regulations so that cooperative businesses can access the agency's affordable financing programs to help small businesses start-up, expand, and innovate.
