NASCO Members - Share your Input!
NASCO’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held every year in November. The AGM is a chance for representatives from each NASCO member cooperative to come together to learn about NASCO’s activities, to share information, and to make decisions about the governance and direction of NASCO.
If you or your cooperative have been thinking there’s something you’d like to change, this is your opportunity. Like in many of your member co-ops, NASCO’s Bylaws can only be changed with a vote of the members. Each of our member co-ops will vote with one vote for each member bed. Your co-op may choose a member to be your representative to submit those votes and attend the AGM. The NASCO board sets the agenda for the AGM in the late summer/early fall, so now is the time to submit your ideas for changes to NASCO’s bylaws.
