Creating anti-racism resources for co-ops

A member of NASCO's Co-op Leadership Cohort, Della Moran, is seeking input from cooperators within NASCO's network to get a sense of how competent our current co-op structures are to deal with racism and discrimination, and how competent individual co-op members feel in knowing how to address situations given the current structures. We will send out Della's survey next week via this mailing list and the results will be used in the creation of anti-racism resources that can be used at individual cooperatives.

Cooperative Identity Consultation with icons of bird, earth, city skyline, and lightbulb over head
In 1995, the International Cooperative Alliance adopted the Statement on the Cooperative Identity which defines the cooperative model, values, and principles. Recently, the ICA launched an extensive reflection and consultation intended to deepen our cooperative identity and to explore how well the Statement has stood the test of time. To assist this work, co-ops, their members and employees, and all other persons familiar with cooperatives are invited to complete this short survey.
Fill out the survey here.
