Celia Chandler provides an overview of the LTB process for co-op evictions in Ontario.

As of 2021, "It’s been seven years since housing co-ops evictions moved to Ontario’s Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). Celia Chandler works with many housing co-ops on member issues and will lead you through the nuts and bolts of evictions at this one-hour session. Kwunsensus Meeting Process (Modified Consensus)

The Inter Cooperative Council at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor uses a modified consensus process, called "Kwunsensus," for their board decision making. This process was created by and named after an ICC member. This document is an excerpt from the ICC standing rules, which includes an overview of the process, a table to guide with decision making, and a process flowchart.
