Labor Systems Webinar

Co-op labor models are just as diverse and creative as their members. However, the ways in which they unravel are surprisingly similar. In this session, we will review core features common to most labor systems, the situations in which they thrive, and their unique pitfalls. This session does not offer a new, pre-packaged labor system for participants to take home. Instead, this session provides real world troubleshooting strategies meant to defuse tension, boost participation, and restore stability to existing labor structures.
