Love your co-op? Come work at a historic cooperative summer camp! Circle Pines Center, in Delton, Michigan, is looking for counselors experienced in cooperative living to work with campers aged 7-17.
The mission of Circle Pines Center is to teach peace, social justice, environmental stewardship, and cooperation through work and recreation. At CPC Summer Camp, campers participate in cooperative work projects like cleaning, organic gardening, and trail construction alongside traditional camp activities of arts and crafts, swimming, theatre, and more.
Teaching young people the principles of cooperation is important work in today’s world, and we would love to welcome more experienced co-opers to summer camp staff! Staff orientation and training begins June 25, Camp runs from July 5 - August 8, and Disorientation wraps up on August 13. Room and board included for all staff. Also hiring kitchen staff to work with our wonderful kitchen manager!
