The Coop's purpose it to return home ownership to the People. We are committed to providing high standard of reasonably priced housing to our members. To accomplish these goals, we are organized as a non-equity building Coop governed by the state statutes which apply to cooperatives. We work together to maintain the quality of our existing housing, to expand the number of available housing units, to live together cooperatively on an on-going and meaningful basis to enrich each other's lives, and to participate in preserving and improving our community. In pursuing our goals, we will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual preference, age, marital status, creed, handicap, religion or national origin and further, we are strongly committed to affirmative recruitment of such minorities and groups of individuals as members of our coop.

In the past, members would eat together prior to the monthly meeting, but this has not occurred in many years.
