Due to Covid-19 and challenges with receiving physical mail, we prefer that payment is made online at the time of registration or if you select pay later we will send you an invoice to pay online by ACH bank transfer. If making an online payment is not an option for your co-op please let us know and mail a check, payable to NASCO, to:

Please refer to the Logistics page to see all registration rates. Registration is open online until November 1st, However, after October 25, we cannot guarantee that registrants will receive a participant poster in the mail.
When registering, please select the appropriate fee level based on your membership status. If you are currently living in or working for an Active Member co-op, select "Active Member." If you work for an Associate Member co-op, select "Associate Member." If you are a dues-paying Individual Member of NASCO, select "Individual Member." If you do not know if your co-op is an Active and/or Associate Member, please reference our member list. If you are not a current member of an Active Member Co-op, you can register as a non-member, or you can join as an Individual Member.
Group registrations: You may register up to 10 participants at a time using this form. You may submit the form multiple times for groups of more than 10 participants. For more information about how to register and pay for a group of people, follow these instructions.
Cancellations made before November 5th are eligible for a full refund, cancelations made after November 5th are eligible for a refund minus a $50 USD / $50 CAD cancelation fee.
