Ben has been living and working in co-ops in Davis, CA for the past 12 years. Over the past 5 years, serving as a consultant and project manager to the Solar Community Housing Association, Ben has helped SCHA to build the Cornucopia Co-op on land owned by the City of Davis; and to negotiate two 20-year ground leases for The Domes and the Tri Co-operative, two student co-op communities on the University of California, Davis campus. Ben also currently serves as President of the board of directors of the Davis Food Co-op.
