Co-ops have a responsibility to maintain safe, warm, and attractive living spaces for their members. This PDF will help your co-op identify issues that already exist and suggest some basic ways to deal with them.
In 2012, the Berkeley Student Cooperative (BSC) performed a survey of the socio-demographics of its entire membership. The survey had an overall response rate of 73% (1,256 members). The survey document, the survey results, and multiple presentations/ analyses of the survey results are attached. The BSC intends to conduct on a periodic basis in order to have more definitive data on their membership over time.
