Democracy can be difficult. Co-ops, filled to the brim with a diversity of opinions and experiences, can foster amazing opportunities and polarizing conflicts. Fortunately, co-opers are excellent at working together and are in a unique position to deal with disagreement constructively. Join NASCO staff to try on some new strategies and learn how to move from conflict to common ground.
This is a discussion guide on member engagement including some recommended ways to encourage member engagement, preventative practices, and engagement measurement ideas. This guide aims to stir up new ideas in your co-op to continue the discussion on member engagement.
